Rosa Flores is a Professional Leader with over 25 years of extensive Branch Operations Management experience in the banking industry. Also Includes 10 years of Business Administration in the private sector. As Director of Corporate Administration and Finance, Human Resources Manager and managing a family business she experienced the challenges faced by businesses building driving growth and profitability.

In 2019 she joined Royal Business Bank as AVP Branch Manager and in 2023 moved into her current role as AVP Cash Management Officer. Prior to this she was VP Branch Operations Manager at Pacific Western Bank and First Professional Bank. A decisive leader with multi-faceted knowledge skills and ability to develop and strengthen client relationships. Responsible for promoting and supporting the use of all cash management products within the Bank while improving clients’ business cash flow and operational efficiency. She enjoys building strong partnerships with clients to ensure they have a trusted advisor they can call to help with their business needs.

She understands the value of relationship building and community. She has taken part in Community events and collaborated with Non-profit organizations to promote initiatives and campaigns to advance Economic Inclusion. Rosa currently serves on 2 boards, the Los Angeles Host Lions Club which part of the Lions Club International the largest service organization in the world, and the Lark Ellen Lions Charities a private Foundation that supports over 30 Non-profit organizations by providing fund assistance programs for blind children and community-based initiatives, as well as services for the blind and youth programs. Board member responsibilities include supporting the Salvation Army Siemon Youth Center, Braille Institute Youth Program and Sacred Heart Leo Club as well as supporting Vision Screenings and fund-raising activities.
