At Avance Latino, we’re committed to empowering students in underserved communities with the essential skills they need to succeed in today’s world. Through our Wealth Academy Program, we provide schools with access to high-quality workshops about financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and career development. These interactive sessions are designed to equip students with the tools to make informed financial decisions, pursue successful careers, and even start their own businesses.

At Avance Latino, we understand that buying a home is a major life milestone. Our Annual Homeownership Fair is designed to help families make that dream a reality by connecting them with trusted banking partners, down payment assistance programs, and expert guidance every step of the way.

Small businesses are the backbone of our communities, driving economic growth, creating jobs, and fostering innovation. At our nonprofit, we are committed to supporting and strengthening these businesses by providing the resources, education, and connections they need to thrive. We do this through our Annual Business Conference, Small Business Cohorts, and by expanding access to resources and funding—all designed to help entrepreneurs grow and sustain their businesses.

In 2021, we launched our newest program, in partnership with LA Metro, Adopt-A-Bike. Working with community groups, Metro will give residents of L.A. County who are most in need the chance to adopt a previously owned bicycle.

The goal of this program is to improve peoples’ mobility options and their access to jobs, recreation, & other opportunities.
