VANESSA SALCEDO, EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Vanessa Salcedo is the Executive Assistant at Instituto de Avance Latino (IDEAL CDC). She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, which she received from the University of California, Irvine (UCI) in 2019. Stemming from a low-income Mexican household, Vanessa has experienced first-hand the needs of her community and has developed a passion for helping those in need.
Vanessa has displayed passion through her work at IDEAL. She helps create, plan, and run events, workshops, and meetings. She also helps with fundraising efforts, communicates with partners, and attends events along with the Executive Director.
She is skilled in communication skills, interpersonal skills, customer service, teamwork, and leadership. Outside of work, you will find Vanessa spending quality time with her loved ones, exploring the city, or at the gym.
